Writes and updates the operational and intervention procedures and ensures they are applied. Participates in new engineering projects from the needs analysis to their integration.

Supervises the operations and maintenance teams. Provides the operational interface with the client and creates a daily activity report. Participates in engineering projects and ensures the integration of the technical equipment on his site and optimizes their operation. Follows up on outsourcing maintenance contracts and manages the budget for maintenance of field-installed machines.
Ensures the preventive and corrective maintenance of broadcast and computer equipment. Supports the operations technicians.
His/her interventions help to optimize the operation of the site and the technical facilities. With a complete command of broadcast and computer equipment, suggests solutions to meet the specific technical needs of the client and of his/her direct manager. Is also involved in the daily management of equipment and spare parts inventories. May be involved in some engineering projects.
