Paris, September 2026 – Cognacq-Jay Image, MBT and Anyware Video announce an alliance combining their complementary expertise to support broadcasters and media companies in the design, deployment and operation of complex, mission-critical infrastructures.
By bringing together three recognized French players in their respective fields, the alliance creates a 100% French broadcast value chain, spanning technology, integration and operations. This distinctive positioning in a highly international market addresses growing technological sovereignty challenges, while building on solutions and expertise already deployed in France and internationally.
The three companies share a common ambition: to jointly address complex, large-scale broadcast projects while retaining the agility, proximity and adaptability of specialized players.
Three complementary areas of expertise for one integrated infrastructure
MBT brings its expertise in Media Supply Chains, automation, workflow orchestration and data management, with solutions designed to streamline exchanges between systems and optimize media processes.
Anyware Video covers real-time broadcast operations, backed by longstanding expertise in video and audio signal processing: video servers for production and news, ingest, playout, graphics, compliance recording, off-air monitoring and supervision. Developed in France, its technologies have been used for more than ten years by major broadcasters in France and internationally.
Cognacq-Jay Image brings its expertise in architecture, systems integration, operations and services, bringing these technologies together within infrastructures tailored to each customer’s environment and requirements, including hosting, monitoring, support and 24/7 operations.
This complementary approach brings together technology, integration and operational expertise within a single framework, while maintaining an open and adaptable architecture.
An alliance to take on more ambitious projects
By combining their expertise, Cognacq-Jay Image, MBT and Anyware Video strengthen their ability to deliver complex transformation projects, including broadcast infrastructure modernization, Media Supply Chains, workflow automation and orchestration, IP and ST 2110 infrastructures, Disaster Recovery, hybrid and cloud architectures, as well as mission-critical production and broadcast environments.
The alliance combines the ability to address large-scale projects with the flexibility of specialized players. It offers broadcasters an alternative to traditional integrated solutions: an open, modular French ecosystem capable of designing, deploying and operating ambitious infrastructures in France and internationally.
